In the U.S., Contractors get paid way more than full-time employees, up to 50% more for the same exact role and experience.

Thanks for the video, I'm interested in learning more about this path (As my current employer does not seem keen on paying me for overtime, yet implicitly demands it). At least with an hourly rate, such things will be compensated.

Hi Josh, I've been with small - 1 client agencies all they way up to the big players like Hays and Peoplebank. For me the difference is the Agent you deal with. A great agent makes it a pleasure to deal with the Agency. I go with the Agency that has the Role I'm looking for more than looking for an Agency first. If you're not sure where to start , try Peoplebank - they've always been brilliant to deal with. Good Luck in your Contracting journey.
