I am an engineer turned contractor due to lack of jobs. In my initial struggling days I took up labour contract but now I have my own construction business in 5 years and now only take with material and turnkey projects.. it's true that there is a lot of pain which most of the clients do not understand and there are many contractors who are v v bad! I am still struggling to fill the gap between the two

Mai Akola Maharashtra se contractor hu hamare yahan 180-200 ke rates hai lekin isme khodai , murum filling ,tiles marble fitting ,parapet ,tanks plinth concrete with steel binding ,water proofing ye sab item include nahi hai iska alag charge lagta hai means complete work 270 to 310 tak jata hai wo bhi without tiles & marble fitting

Sir Pune City me 120-150 per sqft only RCC contractor charge karte hai and brick work and plaster 100-120 per sqft charge karte hai. Flowering tiles 55-65 built up area charge karte hain Please reply your reply very important for me 🙏🙏

Dont ask for work individually, give total work at certain rate to contractor, and yes in cities like pune, banglore, mumbai, gurugram etc, due to high cost of living labour rates will increase upto 15-20%, so dont loose hope, find contractor on indiamart.
