GSM values culture and sees it as their legacy. The company has held succession planning meetings with staff, focuses on diversity and mentorship in management and union positions, and even has a chef on staff to provide subsidized meals for all workers.

As a union sheet metal Worker this makes me feel really good to See a contractor go above and beyond to take care of the ones that take care of them. We make great money and feeling valued is so important. When you have great hands, don’t let them go unless you have no other options. I hope this company does well In the future. Our success depends on it.
