Hello. Make sure your mobile wife is connected to nodemcu

In my case it doesn't work, I'm using esp8266-12 like yours, I did the same procedure in the inventor app, I downloaded your code and followed all the steps, it connects, but if I press the buttons nothing happens, no error message, this connected, but does not turn on the LED

I do this with ESP32 and change the library with WiFi.h..its run normaly until i press the ON/OFF button, the app show "Error 1101 : unable to get respons **bla.bla.bla* " even though the connection is good,, what's wrong with that ?

No. In Access point mode both the devices must in the same network.

Great video. There are no videos showing esp8266 as access point to connect LEDs. Most of them shows as stations via another router. Can we add LED strip( 5V,2A) in this? Can u please make a brightness modification option in the app. It will be super awesome 🔥

yes, this is possible using esp8266-01. you can control 2 GPIO using esp8288-01. To control more than 2 GPIO use I2C based port expander.

Arduino is not supported by IoT. If you want to use Arduino then you need to interface ESP8266 with the Arduino.
