issue with the m5s is the aftermarket support is no where close to the m3. And since it a hybrid that's gonna make them even more difficult to work one. It would be cool to see but probably doesn't make much financial sense for them

on non-M, (540i 2018 in my case) can you assign a radio button (1-8) to open exhaust valve? i can do that with bimmerlink but it’s awful to connect the phone via obd every single time that would be awesome if you can implement it

I feel iDrive 8 is very restrictive when it comes to multimedia entertainment. I used to be able to use mirror image from my mobile or watch a movie or music video. Not to mention everything takes longer to do now as there's no dedicated buttons anymore for functions like seat warmer or switch on the air-conditioning.
