I am not a fan of SPC because I could not apply this tools and techniques in a manufacturing environment, supplier management and supply chain management. The products we were involved were small sample size and very expensive each. I also noticed that the SPC starts with data analysis, is an after the fact process. It is very impressive to see your demonstration and when it comes to the reality it is not that promising.

Hi Bob! Thanks for watching the video. It sounds like you don't believe that SPC is applicable to small samples - like in a job shop environment. I have found that SPC applies just about everywhere.
