Are there any APIs to understand at what time a particular file was sent? We want to query from other applications of our system. I couldn't find anything about it in the specs.

I have files showing 'In Queue' but the jobs that initiated the transfers are not running anymore and the transfers are not in progress. How can I clear down the 'In Queue' transfers showing in the 'File Transfer Status' box? Thank you.
