Do you have a video on Hiatal Hernia?? I just finally found out about it and it matches EVERY symptom that's been destroying me, I've been at the Milwaukee Veteran's hostpitol-ER they thought I had heart problems or pulmonary embolism, none present. I think I manually push my stomach down and it slides back up later on..... how can I get this properly diagnosed? They gave me famotodine and pantoprezole for 3 months and it made me have panic attacks after a certain point. I keep being sent to primary care, then mental health, then urgant care, then sleep apnea doctor. I'm at my wits end, I cant eat, I wake up heart racing with food coming up (even if I dont eat hours before bed). Cant breathe without shortness of breathe feeling doomed, when I finally forget about it and relax, my voice sounds hoarse and meek (which doesn't suita tall strong person... i have to constantly clear throat, it's emberrassing and makes me even more anti social than my ptsd....

I cant undesrtand something:if ghrelin is been produced when the stomach is empty ,and the stomach empties after 3 to 4 hours, thus we feel hungry at that time. So does that mean the the food hangs out in the stomach all this time then we feel hungry again but simultaneously the food goes to the small intestine . But in the small intestine horomones of satiety are been produces......that does not make any sense.... thanks
