Thank You for all the great vids. This tango is truly finest Finnish melancholy. This is connected to all video game heroes, not only to the Remedy games. It also touches me as I look my own life (62 years all ready, and Finnish, still like playing PC games). I was very astonished that Martti has so good voice, and so great interpretation. Martti is a very humble person, but one of the greatest finnish actors as well in movies as on the stage. Great love to all of you.

I didn't care for this song during the game, and never bothered to listen to it fully. Sure it was a tango, beautiful singing, but it just kept repeating. Compared to some of the other music, it just didn't draw my attention. Of course, being connected to Ahti, I should've known it was the biggest connection between all of Remedy's games before the AWE dlc... Every little secret makes me love this game more and more.

Despite what everyone says, I don't think none of these characters will have happy endings. What I see them at is hitting their lowest possible points and climbing back out from that pitch-black hole. Why? Max Payne. Two games he was destroyed and devastated by his family, 'winning' but not really. It is only in three that he truly wins, able to escape his pains and move on. In Alan Wake I bet this will happen as well. We've seen him lose and lose again, hitting his devastating low point before rising out of the darkness. What is the scariest thing about my theory though? We haven't seen Jesse's lowest point.
@dr-amethyst-772 жыл бұрын
I believe, Jesse’s lowest point was Ordinary and the years without her brother. By finding him, she’s started the process of rising already. With Emily and Arish and Ahti at her side, she’s getting better
@brigittehuber97452 жыл бұрын
I think the line "he will never get a happy ending" is actually a clue to how Quantum Break goes on after the (open) ending. Jack being in character surely fucks things up in order to save Beth, creating the mess Control deals with. I think Jesse will (if there is ever a sequel) "fade" as her name suggests (Awake=>Choice=>Fade :D) and become one again with Dylan. I'd consider that a happy ending though.

that was also my thought before i finished Control. I have played Alan Wake like a long time ago, and i don't even remember the big chunks of plot, and also kinda thought QB was meh. That did change when i finished Control, this quarantine i decided to play Alan Wake again and tried Quantum Break, and it was a blast! Alan Wake is such a great game with a great story, however there's still love and hate for QB, but i still enjoy it. QB was an experiment from Remedy after all, so i appreciate that After all, Sam Lake and people of Remedy did such a great job creating this connected universe, can't wait for more! and you should play those when you have a free time ofc, and i recommend you watching Gaming University channel for lore explanation

@bezyn2291 Жыл бұрын
Max Payne is the character Alan wrote, but Remedy lost rights for Max Payne to EA so they had to rename him to Alex Cassey, also *spoilers for Control DLC bellow* It is heavilly hinted that reality is being written by Alan from the depth of the lake as he basically wrote Jesse into existance and Alex Cassey(Max Payne) is now real and is a FBI agent working on Alan`s dissapearence case.
