The opening is towards the end of S4 E26 "Transformations", and then the first half is S2 E6 "Spellbound" (except the bit where Cody is in his room, that's from the gremlins episode. sorry I don’t remember the exact number but I'm pretty sure it's also Season 2) and then the rest is again "Transformations"
