Great demonstration skills, skillfull Instructor!! very nice!! ..but..does this skill help a diver in a OOA emergency?? Even if this only the confined version, later on in open water, it is the same thing not?? Times have changed, there are better ways.. Think about it, before the swim you have to get neutally buoyant? what if this is an emergency.. Get it right, right from the start...

The Performance requirement does not state that the students have to ascend and orally inflate in the confined water CESA skill, though it is a good thing to add if the logistics of the confined water site allow it.

Your videos are done poorly. I get that he's using diving hand signals, but this should also have an audio track to explain exactly what should be done.
