Thanks in advance for yours great tutorials. One question, in order to manage the "access control media", you could check if the line is not busy by software, correct?, For example in a topology with one node and multiples nodes, in which the slaves can initiate a transmission to the master to indicate the change of the state of any of its inputs (locally inputs of each node), or this is not possible in Modbus RTU?

Why does the Slave Data show -1255.0000 and not the 43,981 (0xABCD) that was sent? See 12:54 in video

Beacuse the register data type in the software is set to 16 bit signed int. 43981 will be the value in 16 bit unsigned int.
