Have some questions. 1st. Is there any reason to explain that why generally the effect of forces depends upon the distance? 2nd. Why energy is released in electron gain enthalpy?(for electronegative elements). 3rd. Is it impossible for metals(at least of medium reactivity like Sn,Pb) to make anions? Can't they ever gain electrons to become stable? Is it possible in any situation? Same for non metals also...
