Controversial Education Reform Discussed in PNG Parliament (Grade 8 access to Grades 10 & 12)

Hon. Education Minister, I as a parent of a grade 10 student I would like to support your statements because grade 12 certificates will allow our kids to become a security, janitor or even further their education. Grade 10 certificate nowadays is just like a support plain paper. But on the other hand, kids are to be disciplined by their parents and must be law keepers and must have Ethic values. Good Lord may bless you with wisdom and peace.
