You can just halfturn the crown after you have reached the desired time (clockwise) to disengage the gears to prevent the minute hand to jitter

I think this only happened with the very first version of the calibre 400. I'm assuming the latest doesn't do this.

When other watches like Omega Planet Ocean calibre 8900 and Breitling Chronomat B01 have twin barrels but do not have the "jumping" issue, it goes to show Oris's "competence" at designing and developing an inhouse movement. It's a disappointment.
