Grid-Natics I agree man. Those uniforms were super clean. Same with the Seahawks uniforms. I think the NFL overthinks designs. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. The Raiders, Chiefs, Steelers and Cowboys have gotten it right and will most likely never change uniforms. I also wish the NFL brings back NFL equipment logo on the jerseys and the NFL equipment gloves. But that’s just me I guess.

You must also remember that back in the ealry 80's, Hawks were doing fake FG's and scoring until the league made the refs call a Procedure penalty saying it had "..a intent to deceive". Also the the Vinnie Testaverde "touchdown" where he was no where near as close to the endzone as Dysonin the SB...the list goes on...I say it's about time!

It’s not just you that thinks this. I’m not a Seahawks fan and I feel this way about the Seahawks too. Feels like something strange might happen when I tune into a Seahawks game. Kind of like how when I watch a Bears game I know they always seem to score on turnovers and special teams. Been that way for decades, doesn’t matter the coach, the scheme or the players.

Seattle could've made the playoffs if they win (they did) and expecting either KC & Baltimore to lose. Both teams won,but there was hope for Seattle going into the 2002 season. Wow, watching this I didn't realize how slow and lethargic our defenses were back then, especially thr secondary, as compared to now! I mean this defense made Hasselback look like an all pro MVP! This secondary was always a day late and a dollar short in coverage and tackling. The new Falcons would've gotten st least five turnovers from pass attempts. Not to mention, they wouldn't have let Hasselback breath in the pocket. Just goes to show how much the NFL has changed and how much faster the players are today as compared to 28 years ago lol.

You have to remember, quarterbacks(like Lamar Jackson, Russell Wilson)have entire offenses designed around them, unfortunately the playbook/play calling had a small amount of plays built around Micheal Vicks style. He had to adjust to a limited offensive gameplan and then would have to quickly improvise and use his instincts when a play started breaking down.
