Ed Headrick Dave Dunipace Ken Climo Paul McBeth The impact these 4 have had on the game is staggeringly larger than anyone in 5th place by far. If I was doing one for PLAYERS ONLY would’ve included Paige Pierce and Juliana Korver so I can respect anyone who would put them on there. But dude the impact of those creators is so much more than any player.

I started watching during Covid when Paul and Paige were dominating. Paul is still in contention occasionally. What happened to Paige, where she's 30 strokes off the pace?

My take is injury, the field catching up to her and she lost a bit of that fire. That’s all conjecture of course.

She broke her leg and had to take a lot of time away. She is back now, but the rumor is that her heart might not be in it like it used to be. Maybe she was burnt out and the forced time away made her reluctant to return to the same intense training as before, but that is just speculation. I think she will eventually return with a vengeance and try to take her crown back from Kristin.

Mcbeth, Climo, Paige Pierce, Elaine King of were basing it off world championships and the impact they've had on their divisions old and new...I'd like to see one with Mcbeth, Wysocki, Lizotte, and The 4th is a toss up, I don't think many players deserve to be in the same class as those 3.

Am I the only person that felt like I wasted my time after watching this weekend? Idk if it was the way they handled the delays or if watching my favorite players suck just isn't fun at all.

It does seem like an unpopular take but I'm with you. Sure Northwoods is a tough course but it's too random. Most holes feel like you're watching Plinko rather than disc golf. WR Jackson being a bit more forgiving is great because it provides opportunities to scramble and showcases a variety of skills. Northwoods just draws a name out of a hat after 4 rounds. Watching whoever gets least unlucky win just isn't exciting. Same reason why Jonesboro was a letdown much of the final round. Wins should be earned.

Absolutely insane that Simon Lizotte didn't make their Mount Rushmore. He brought the entire European audience to the game, he pioneered social media for disc golf.
