how she gain her stack? is it from attacking enemy with the crimson knot? if yes how will she do with herta and himeko? does her stack will up fast since himeko and herta follow up hits multiple times?

Acheron can get Slash Dream(ULT) Stack from her skill or allies apply debuff to enemy(1 action per 1 stack). Acheron trace can increase her damage dealt if there are 1(=115% dealt) or 2(=160% dealt) nihility unit in the team. Welt’s ULT can apply debuff without blessing and he’s nihility unit. Herta and Himeko are not nihility units, So Acheron’s damage will drop a lot and they can’t apply debuff without blessing except for Himeko’s skill, it can apply burn.

As long as SOMETHING gets a debuff from ANYWHERE, Acheron gets a slashed dream point. 9 to ult. Things like exploding penacony dogs or other exploding enemies enemies, Ruan Mei's flowers and Fire MC's taunts are unlikely sources of debuffs as well as removing boss enemies' buffed states can somtimes debuff them. But AS LONG as she gets a debuff, she charges her ult. Given that she needs 9 debuffs, Pela with Resolution LC (preferably E4) is best for constant debuffing and utility.

Aventurine, Fu Xuan and HuoHuo are modern sustain that are VERY good and have a lot of utility. What makes Luocha so great is his excelling ability to heal. All he does is heal, cleanse and remove buffs, but with his talent and skill, he easily keeps you alive with just this. In my opinion, Aventurine is similar to Luocha except that he shields and deals follow up attacks, so unless you need cleanse/CC resist, go for Aventurine instead.

Fu Xuan can replace Huohuo here and probably better than Huohuo if against True Sting. I think e0 Welt still work but his damage will be a bit lower.
