I have one other guy I like, but he doesn't come close to Tyler as far as making things clear and perfectly understandable. Hi Tyler Thank you for this new version and you are right- I looked online for hours and the deal you've negotiated for us to get a domain and hosting is by far the best price. Two things I've want to learn about that you didn't cover in this video are 1) for the WHOIS reg- masking the ownership- I don't know how that is done with this combination, and my last host charged extra for it; and 2) Love to know what shopping carts work with this WP setup, as my manufacturer has free links with Shopify and Big Cartel. Thanks for posting this video. I've followed step by step, and rewatched portions of the video to check that I haven't missed something, however, the mobile navigation menu doesn't seem to drop down on mobile devices. I am attempting to create the, "WATCH THE VIDEO" button, and am running into trouble :( When I go to the home page>customize>menus>main, the dropdown underneath "WATCH THE VIDEO" only has two options: URL, Navigation Label. On your screen, there are tons more options underneath that. On mine, I only have the two. Hey, Tyler, your tutorial is awesome. I was almost ready to buy avada for building wordpress sites, but I stumbled upon this and I guess I will go the Elementor way. I have one question, though: when you hide an element for mobile and viceversa, does it still load both elements but only shows one, or does actually only load the respective one? I would love to use this technique of yours, but I'm worried about page size, and if it loads both elements, that would make the site bigger for all devices. Thanks for the awesome tutorial!! Brilliant! Hi Tyler, just finished the tutorial after doing a few minutes each day until I was pulling out my hair at the newness of it all! My one question is - how do I save the whole thing as a backup? I mean, if I totally mess up some changes I am working on, to the point where I have to go back to a certain point and start again, is there a way I can load up my previous version and make that the current one, allowing me to start my changes again?

I blew it and typed in my own date, rather than copying the code, as you describe here. Now I can't find where to access my footer to update it. Hi Tyler, excellent video and sorry if this seems a dumb question. If i want to add several video buttons (but not in the header the way you did) can i still make them pop up within my website rather than open in a new page. I can do it as a thumbnail but would much prefer to have them as buttons as it would be more in keeping with the look of the rest of the site. I don't mind if i have to paste in a bit of code. Helo world, Tyler, thanks a lot for this short longer class about word press and all the tips. It was really necessary for years ago and was never good time to learn untill start to see your video. I could not stop and do it at same time. I´m having a terrible problem at the moment of "pages, home, "activate to full page " the Elementor. I only have Elementor in an area of my site to use. A few years ago I made my own website using your tutorial with the theme you used, called 'tesseract'. It's not using the 'Elementor' plugin yet. I have one question, I tried to upload my own background image of a bridge on my home page with a text on it just as you have the explore text. I followed all the steps and adding a text worked, but when I add the image of the bridge with elementor, I can see the image the way I want it to be after saving it. However as soon as I change the layout to full width so that it covers everything, but then when I save that option and check my page again, part of the upper image is cut off. I already tried to lower the pixels but this didnt help. Do you know how to solve this problem so I will see the full picture on my home page? Thank you in advance

Hi Tyler glad you are back! I'm also using OceanWP with their Store template + Elementor + Woocommerce...so a happy coincidence. I noticed you imported images into columns using a spacer widget and then later using the image widget. Can you explain your reasons for using each method?
