While describing Ramsar Convention, you mentioned "marine water" in your definition of wetlands. The literal meaning of marine is "related to sea". In the context of your definition, do the term 'marine' means only saline water? Otherwise how loktak, keoladeo, wular and chilka can contain sea water?
