I’ve had crohns for 36 yrs prob a lot longer really prob since a young fella. Had a severe depression years ago tried to off myself and now my brain is stuffed it’s actually shrunk so I’m border line dementia and getting less and less functional the carnivore diet has helped with many of the bowel symptoms brain injury no hasn’t touched it really I live in permanent distress meditation makes me sleep but it used to help pre suicide attempt Thanks for having this dear chap on I really can relate to this guy so glad he found carnivore ❤

Hello, the ayuverdic diet I took many years ago was made by an Indian doctor in Dundee, who grew herbs and spices in his farm in Kerala. For Crohn's and colitis. Now, I'm on a mission to find the names of the actives, which will take a few weeks, and then will post back
