Very true that we have collectively forgotten the achievements and skills of our ancestors. I absolutely love the comment about going the garden and picking some mint, and learning to heal yourself doctors do have htheir uses, but they couldn't stop me from being sick, a change of diet (no processed foot, meat and very little dairy) and I'm never sick now.I've never felt better. Lemon and Ginger tea on a near daily basis. Keep making the videos Nehanda.

Well said Natalie as you are the key to knowlege the pathway of spirtual enlightenment consciousness that actually stems from our own ancestor dna existence to our living minds when some of us move from within the impluse closer to the most high guided through by the inner natural third eye in our growth an wisdom. I say this as a spirtual being that walks that path on mother earth. I've never read a book for enlightenment N physical facts as history books and i never will as it's a book simulated by a single man's or group account filled with mankind mistakes, that is always found wanted with the found hidden truths. Has it's always isnt all partially 100% accurate to take as gospel spritually from reality. My life is a single life blessed by solely by presence existence from my forefather's ancestor that was born into me to carry on into naturally guiding myself by protecting me externally outwardly by revealing bit by bit year by year, the true truth of my inner strength nucleus. From all obstacle that as occur an will occur throughout my personal life journey as i get up an pursue my life purpose. So as they say there's a spirtual war out there. So my life quest is simply ask myself do i ascertain the right tools and knowledge as a shield of protects in this current world, as war cannot survive without love an peace.

Homegirl interviewing needs to learn to shut up and let her talk; can’t stand these type of interviewers who just wanna hear themselves speak.
