I am from Scotland, and on holiday in Wyoming I had a serious accident. After 8 hours in the ER, I woke in my room at 2am to see a huge angel at the side of my bed. Their arms were outstretched, and I knew I was getting healing. I accept people will think I was tripping on pain meds, but I was totally lucid. I made an amazing recovery. I will never forget it, and sense an angel with me often.

My daughter died unexpectedly I was devastated. Shortly after I was woken on 3 occasions by beautiful choir singing which I realised was angels. Unfortunately the last time a male began wailing and began crying. I said I didn't want to hear that and everyone left I haven't heard them since. I am so lucky to have heard them.

Wow. At about 13:50 Sheila is telling a story about whisking through mountain roads in Colorado on a motorcycle with her then husband; almost the exact same thing happened to me and my then wife in 1982. Only I was climbing hills on a mountain side, and I decided to stop my Jeep before cresting the top of a hill. As it turned out, it was about a 500' drop straight down on the side I was approaching. With the right/front wheel dangling over the cliff I had my wife climb over the top of me and out the left side of the vehicle. I had to hold on-to the Jeep for about 30 minutes before someone came along and pulled our vehicle back over and down the hillside. Something within told me to "Stop!" It wasn't our time to die!

And interestingly, one nugget I am taking with me is the simple sentence, “when you eat enough protein you will not crave sugar.“! I also had a similar break with an adult daughter her perception s about our history were the opposite ,I I told her I was sorry for her perception s that it was not intentional and gave her alot of space .there was no contact on her part for years. I lived close every few months I would stop in w produce or flowers from my yard ,stay a few minutes and kept it light. Gradually things have improved I feel,but alittle bit of me goes a long way with her. I can tell she misses and loves me and I am at peace about us now. Don't give up ,letters may be a good idea.

To Stephan... I have the same digestive issues as you. I'm 69. I've had these same issues almost ALL my life! Like you I know my body, and I know I indulge in too much sugary products. Maybe even indulging in some late evening snacks. Who doesn't like sweets? It's time for you and me (both) to break these bad eating habits! Right? You can do it! I also have a far distant relationship with my daughter. We haven't spoken to each other in years. In my case, her mother was Very influential on her. At this point I don't think it will ever change. However, it is what it is. Remember - your daughter has free-will, as well as do you. You're not alone here either. You're Never alone! 👍🙏🥂. Live life!!!

Actually the Baltic states are Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and 1989 was the year these 3 countries united against USSR and for freedom in the Baltic Way en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baltic_Way Germany is a country near the Baltic sea as are Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark etc. Nevertheless, great interview!
