to me all this is just absolute crap was there KPI before 20 yrs back nope. My manager uses this junk but i dont dont bcoz at the end ofbthe day what matters is how much money the store has made,that can be found at the end of day transactions. just know the basic excel foemulae. or simple just hire a avcountant on weekends and present him the entries. you will get general idea how good your business is. i challenge even ambani or adani would nt care about kpi kra nonsense. well
