This is a different version than the one S Croz88 filmed because his version has a lighter paint color and a newer logo. He also filmed a version with the logo on the base.

It's repainted. Here in the US, a company called National Entertainment Network (who owns this ride) does a lot of repainting with their old kiddie rides.
