you can use any solar cable. Since the ampere current of 160 watt plate must be 8 to 9 amp, hence try to use atleast 2.5mm wire. you can use Retrofit 2420 for your system. Link to buy is given below. 320 watt plate is a 24volt plate. The Vmax must be 45v but actual voltage is 24v. For any 24 volt system, you need 24v charge controller as well as minimum 2 batteries. Or you can buy MPPT charge controller to charge single battery from 24v plate.

Hello Gaurav Ji, Thanks for this informative video. I am having Amaze1675 normal inverter and 2 150ah batteries. I want to install 2kw solar system. Is it possible to install 2kw panels using a mppt converter.

your inverter is 1500va, than why you are thinking to install 2 KW solar panel. Every thing will depend upon the type of charge controller. Yes, you can connect the solar through any charge controller, while MPPT is more better. But it will depend upon the charge controller's specification.
