Convert SKB trap case into multi-drum case

How we turned an SKB Trap X1 Case into a padded multi-drum case. This case holds 8"x10", 8"x12" and 12"x14" toms. It's light weight, protective and strong. One person can quite easily lift it. It's more convenient than individual drum cases for packing and travelling - especially in a van or trailer. Would NOT recommend using for air-travel.
Drums are Yamaha Maple Custom Absolute - Cherry Wood finish.

Fucking awesome. I wonder if there's a case on the market that would accommodate a 16"x16" floor tom. I'd love to get my 13"x9" tom, 14"x5" snare and 16"x16" floor in one case, like that. Hmm...
