Converting a normal Cycle to Electric Cycle (Part : 1)

Hi! friends today I am going to convert my old cycle to a new electric cycle.... most of the parts are included in the kit... And I Am building the battery with old laptop batteries.... ​​@BijoyTs hi. എന്റെ E motorad 1.5 year used. 1500 km ഓടി. ഇപ്പൊ bactory ചാർജ് ചാർജ് ആകുന്നില്ല. Service കൊടുത്തപ്പോൾ motherboard പോയി എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞതു.1.5 years കഴിഞ്ഞത് കൊണ്ട് വരന്റി കിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. So പുതിയതാണ് 13000 രൂപ ആകും എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. Bactory ok ആകാൻ സാധിക്കുമോ. Plsz rply.. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I recommend giving it to the company itself for servicing... They made their own custom pcb for they cycle which are hard to get and for to maintain the quality of the battery, I will recommend you to give it to the company itself 😅

Max : 25.2v Avg : 22v But I recommend you to make 7s battery set instead of 6s... I found that 7s has more speed. Have a nice day 😁

It depends on kind of use , If you need for testing purposes or short term use you can use lead acid battery which you can buy from local marcket for pretty cheap price , and for long term use you need to buy a lithium ion or lithium phosphate battery ... For buying a new battery you need 4000rs approx with bms , if you know to build one you can buy 3.7v lithium cells and make a 24v battery use atleast ( 10ah Bms)....

It depends on the battery type you are selecting and the price of kit varies..... I made my cycle when there was a offer in the vebsite and i got kit for 4600₹ and the battery, it is a diy battery and it's old laptop battery it's better than lead acid , i made battery for 450₹ and that's it i build it less than 5500₹... With my diy battery it runs upto 10km and after 10km we need to slightly apply pedal to continue in same speed... But 10km is all i need for my purpose, pls share and subscribe , have a good day sir ☺️

@@pailii adding battery will increase the distance cover by the cycle .. If you want to make the cycle more speed there is more powerful motors online... But it will cost more.. motors like 1500w or even higher bldc hub motors can get speed upto 65kmph but it requires licence tho...

I took the battery from old laptop 💻 batteries .... In one laptop battery we can get 6 lithium ion battery from which we need to sort the functional and non functional battery... Have a nice day 😃
