Can you teach us alex how to convert into negative halftone so the image can print on dark shirts

Is there a way to make and use a custom half tone pattern to apply to the photo. A line or circular pattern. If so could you do more videos on this. I do not think CorelDraws paint program allows for custom half tone pattern to be imported. It would allow for a lot more creative styles if it could be done. Thank you.
