David, Super idea and thanks!! What is the width of your tritoon? Mine is 8’6” and I’m not sure it will fit. I measure 8’ ID at the horizontal step rails.

A 8'6" tritoon will NOT fit into a 8' width lift, however it CAN be modified.....From the sales manager is Georgia...I'm the new HydroHoist Sales Manager but transitioned from the modifications and repairs division. You need to replace the v-hull columns with six pontoon pad brackets, four new hull pad supports to cradle the toons, and bolt kit bag. If the slip is 10'we must remove the unit flip the arms down, modify the lift, and install in the correct location for the balance point of the tritoon. I can have Sal Hewitt reach out with an estimate. He is our Modification and Repair Sales Manager.

@@RetteLedbetter Sal is a good guy. And no, an 8.5’ toon will not fit unless you flip the Arms. Sal is doing my conversion next week, if you are on Lanier you’re welcome to see once completed.

@@RetteLedbetter how do you flip the arms down? Are there any instructions or videos to demonstrate this? Thanks

David, what length is the pontoon? And what lift capacity? I have a shallow mount and that just suddenly seems like a super easy solution to my own issue.
