First of all I want to say - I bow to you both… Truly!!! And I want to say that this interview touched me deeply deeply. Felt such sincerity, purity, warmth and presence within both of you. As I was listening to Noel as he talk about himself and the issues he has experienced in life, I feel a very very deep respect and pride for him how he managed to build up an emotional and mental inner strength to handle the situation he was in. I was listening so deeply that I think I didn’t even breathe properly. And I couldn’t help but to wonder what personalities or mental attitude is it within prison guards? What sort of mentality are many of them having? Undealed and might be unhealed personal traumas from childhood? Or why do they often think they have the right or possibility to take out abuse on the prisoners? Just a question I have… Noel, I want to say that I’m so happy for you for how far you have come within yourself, and I bow to your inner strength and survival wisdom and warm personality. I wish you all the best in life and continue your ongoing yoga and projects. Thank you for wanting to share about your life.
