The lights have the same head size. If the same LED is used, there is absolutely no difference. I have both. No difference to see at all. Of course the M26D, used with a 26800 has longer runtimes.

How did you patina your E07? Looks so cool! Is it brass?

Copper, I used ammonia and a brush. It was very blue at first, but even after a ton of laquer on it, it is peeling off.

I did it with my copper pokelit and it looks cool but it wasn’t exactly what I expected… used the paper towel in container with salt method. I definitely have to try again! Would love a short video with your technique if possible! I’m sure others would like to see as well.

When the lacquer is peeling off then there’s a problem with adhesion and adding more lacquer won’t help. Before applying the lacquer, the material must be absolutely clean. Light scuffs for fine sandpaper (400 grid or more) might help. (That’s going to be a challenge with a the E07) Add several thin layers while the lacquer is tacky if you need/want a thicker layer.

Keep in mind that the high CRI will have about 1000 lumens less light. The R70 in 4000k has a nice tint and great output

The sp33s uses a xhp70.2 so it is more of a floody beam. The Convoy comes with a 12 degree TIR that throws fairly well, but I love this light with the 3 degree TIR that is available.
