How did it go with your S21B? I just got one and several 23.3mm TIR lens which Convoy says is suitable for S21A/S21B. However, they seem to be taller than the reflector in the light, if I put the TIR lens in, the bezel sits too high and can't be screwed into (unless I remove the glass and the o-ring from it). Do I have to send the base of the TIR lens?

@@weerapatkiatdumrong Hi, thanks for the reply. I removed the centering ring around the LED. There are two ways I could make it fit - either remove the glass from the bezel, or the O-ring that is next to the glass (or both). Perhaps if I glue the glass to the bezel, it will be water-resistant enough? Or just put some grease between the glass and the bezel instead of the O-ring, it won't be good enough for submerging it under water, but probably will suffice for riding a bike when it's raining, what do you think? I think if I remove the glass and use the O-ring, the TIR optic itself is not waterproof, is it? It looks like it is a lens held in a white plastic holder, and they are kinda clipped together, the O-ring will only seal on the outer circumference, but the lens/holder combination will still allow water in probably? Which province in Thailand do you live? I used to live in Prachuap Khiri Khan (Pak Nam Pran, later Pran Buri) for 5 years... Gonna come visit for a month in August.

hello sir, I got a S21E with a 60⁰ TIR lens and It came with that white gasket, I was thinking about getting some other TIRs To test the different types of light beams (because it's cool!), could you tell me how many millimeters these TIRs must be to fit the S21E? I don't know if the type of LED affects the fit of the gasket (I have the sst40). Would you have a link on Aliexpress for me? I I would like to buy several at once to test!

Is the glass lens meant to stay in even with the TIR lens installed? Or can the TIR lens be installed by itself?

I still use the glass lens sir. But one of my s2+, I removed the tir lens. You can try both. You have to check the diameter of you tir. if it's big enough, you don't need the glass lens. For My s3, I still use the tir lens. Thanks for watching sir.

I have tested it inside my house. With 10 degrees TIR lens, it is brighter than the original reflector. The original reflector is op while tir 10 degrees throws better and has brighter spot. I have already made a clip of convoy s3 with 10 degrees TIR lens. Next time I'll compare before vs after. Thanks for watching sir.

I think it's not much different. Smo seems a bit better. The benefits of using tir lens is low price, and it can prevent the short circuit which a normal Aaluminum reflector could cause. Thanks for watching sir.
