I found Lauren a few days ago and just loved her and she led me to you... I LOVE YOU TOO!!!! I love how real you guys are! I started "lazy" keto in late May of this year, lasted a month and life happened and bumped me from the horse. I had lost 20 pounds! I am getting back on track Monday, spending the weekend prepping and batch cooking. I just want to thank you so much for being real. It means so much to watch people that are just like me.

Hi again, I made this tonight and thought it was soo yummy! I did cheat and used Rao's Marinara Sauce and walmart frozen meatballs. 4 total carbs for 6 meatballs seemed acceptable to me. I just wanted to let you know...it was a keeper recipe in my book! Thank you :)

You are such an inspiration- I gained 20 lbs. in the hospital this spring!! And I was in rehab for 3 weeks and I think that IV that they gave me had tons of calories!! So I'm going to do the keto and see if it works to get this flab off- I'm too much of a tight wad to buy new clothes- sweat pants are my friend right now- even in this 95 degree heat. Lol, Dan is hilarious although I can see where you might need a break every now and again. That looks great! We use crushed pork rinds as a bread crumb replacement in meatloaf along with parmesan and it's pretty delicious. I will be trying this soon.
