I didn’t have a chance to taste the delicious fufu (there don’t seem to be any African cuisine restaurants in Taiwan, what a pity!), but I just had my father’s stewed pig’s feet which was also very delicious, and the rich gelatin made me really like it! !

Is there a healthy fufu that you can use? Would pumpkin work? Fufu, starch fufu especially, is not a meal to eat if you are on a diet. Too much carbohydrates!!!
