Mississippi pot roast is one of my absolute favorite! I switch it up a little and add half the butter and use sliced Pepperoncinis instead because I like to eat them with the meat. Sooo yummy! Leftovers are good on an oven baked sandwich with cheese

Try that pot roast recipe using a pork tender loin. It is even better than on the beef roast. My family loves it! Recently I made it but put in extra peppers. When it was done I shredded it and we had pork sliders. The peppers on the sliders were yummy!!

I love mashed cauliflower! I will have to try your recipe out. It looks different from what I usually do. If you are ever in a time crunch you can steam fresh cauliflower in the microwave. You just put it up, put it in a microwavable bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of water and cover in plastic wrap. Heat for 5-8 minutes and Ta-Da!
