Thanks for the video girl!! Serious question, so you often speak about the toxins that exist in cleaning products, candles, processed foods, etc....but you’re ok with eating red meat (or just meat period). I know you mention the quality of the meat, but when it’s all said and done, pork still comes from swine. I guess I don’t understand your rationale behind choosing to eat meat. Would you mind elaborating?

Personally, I believe we are meant to eat meat. I do not judge anyone who chooses not to! What you eat or don’t is your choice. But I know I feel better when I do eat quality meat. That being said, quality definitely matters!! Meaning grass fed and finished beef, organic free range chicken and never any hormones!
