I love watching your videos. Why is it you only take off some of the water spinach leaves is it a different taste than the stalks.? I remember when my tio made some meat for us and even as a kid i knew it was something about it that tasted funny. Turned out it was chicken hearts but it looked like little chicken bites because he fried them. My cousin and tio told me and was laughing. I was disturbed and kind of mad the rest of the night. Lol
