Oysters in Australia are open up for us as well , But they packed nicely and keep in the cool temperature . the reason are: It easy for us to wash of the saltiness and check out the sea worm which some them are hided hided inside .

Last night after watched you guys eat, @8pm I went to F4L on March Ln, bought a bag which was $22.99, steamed them and made the sauce like you recommended and I finished all by myself! 😂. Today I went to S.King got 14 oysters surprisingly they are small this time steamed them and ate all by myself again haha. Tomorrow I might go back to s.king buy their whole bag 5 dozens in there. @@KhatiyaKorner Yesterday I did go back to King bought a bag of 5 dozens oysters for $45 small like F4L. My husband ate some, mom only had a few, daughter only had a few the rest I finished by myself 😂. My husband shakes his head . I never eat oysters this much it's all because of your sauce! so good! I added khmer pickle jalapeno that mom made it's so good! I asked my husband if he can drive me to SF oysters farm so I can get them real fresh lol. Like you said, i'm on oyster spree.

How do you get your daugter to be bilingual?

For us as Khmer speakers, it wasn't too difficult. I speak Khmer to my husband and so they pick up some words. Also when she start speaking to me in full blast English sentence, I stop her and ask her to speak Khmer, even if it's broken, I correct her and teach her a new word here and there. Also, when I know that she knows the words of how to say it in Khmer but choose not to speak, I told her I will not respond. Then she says it in Khmer and I replied.
