Hello guys! It's another video & this time, it's how to make pork buns aka Keke Pua'a, as it's called in the Samoan language.

4 cups Flour 3 teaspoons of yeast 1-2 tablespoons of oil (up to you) 1 1/2 cups of warm milk or warm water Pinch of salt Knead for 6minutes til it’s all incorporated Leave it to rise for an hour or 2 before kneading and cutting into small portions for your balls for your meat mixture 🥰

You’re welcome Crystal, I’ve always stayed away from making Keke Pua’a because it’s time consuming (So I thought) but it’s quite easy really. Plus the whole house smelt delicious from making the meat filling. Hope you make some. Plus, it’s easier to put everything together for the dough and mix. But use “instant dried yeast” All the best ❤️❤️
