aww, yay marla! congrats for getting a cello! they are such a beautiful instrument! i have played the viola for almost 6 years and have dabbled in playing cello! the swann in carnival of the animals is one of my absolute favorite classical pieces to play and i can't wait to see how far you will go! that vibrato tho when you tried that instrument😉

Ohmygosh the way he played the cello had me stressing 😅 I’ve been playing the cello for 10 years, and I agree it’s a beautiful instrument! I’m happy you’re picking it up 😊 The Swan (from Carnival of the Animals) is also one of my favorite pieces! I recommend the Bach Prelude in G for just starting out 👌🏼 Good luck!

Good luck Also get a professional to teach u because the cello isnt like a guitar if u start with wrong positions it will become so hard for u to change them i still have the same problems i had when i started eight years ago
