And today’s menu I have:
Sweet potato boiled for 10 minutes then cuted into circles
Rice
So I cooked my rice for 20 minutes rinse it then added turmeric and salt then let it in for another 10 minutes then it was ready.
Carrot salad :
Start by dicing your carrots into strips and as well as green peas after that boil them for 10 minutes. While that boiling catch your green yellow red peppers and onion rings. When your carrots are done boiling add oil into a pot then start frying and sorting your onions and peppers into the mix add rosemary spice as well as green onion spice or any spice of your choice then mix it up together. When that has cooked then add your boiled carrots and peas into the pot mix it all up let it cook for  sometime until it’s soft and then leave to school. In a bowl going to be serving in pour your carrots mixture and then add vegetable archer and 1000 islands sauce mix it up then you’re done.
Broccoli and cauliflower salad :
Start by steaming your broccoli and cauliflower for about 15 minutes and then that is still boiling cut up onions, robot peppers, and gourde cheese.
Fry your bacon until crisp put to the side in a bowl grab your broccoli and cauliflower put inside add your sliced onion and robot peppers, cheese and bacon mixed up well then add mayonnaise and creamy cheese salad dressing.
Meat marinating
Add any spice of your choice but I used barbecue spice, paprika and curry spice. I also used Nando’s sauce and Worcestershire sauce mix it all up and leave to marinate for about 15 minutes. At the same time per heat your Ovan for 15 on 180 degrees.
