Cook With Me Wet fried Plantains Mixed With Beef.

Ingredients.
250gms beef
1 chopped onion
3chopped tomatoes
1 Dhania
1tbsp of turmeric
1tbsp of chicken masala
Salt to taste.
Cooking oil
Water
Diced Bananas( plantain)
1Royco cube.
Preparation. Method.
1.wash your beef.
2.Put in a clean pot and boil it till the water drains.
3.Chop your plantain and wash it thoroughly.
4. Start frying all your ingredients,
5. Add the beef, cook for 5 mins
6.Add the plantain and enough water.
7. Cover it with a lid n let it cook for 30mins.
8. Serve it hot with your best accompaniments
