@Agent Light It's because you can't put a 3D model in photopea. You have to get a png image of your avatar in order for it to work

tip: if u want ur avatar to have a glossy gfx then click u avatars name under camera then click that red ball with a square texture and turn roughness down to 0 and metalic up to 3,20. hope this helped

For those who didn't find their color if you have photoshop then go in it then go to file then export and export it then just click the layer at left bottom then go to hue/saturation on left and adjust it as your color the hard part is exporting you can watch an tutorial of how to export and the hue/saturation is simple as cheese.

The only thing I'm actually confused with is, when I import my character into blender, it goes too far out and not in the square.

make sure you checked "spawn at origin" with the plugin when you spawned your avatar in roblox studio

if your character in roblox studio spawns under the ground, don't move it with your mouse . well, if actually your character is stuck into the ground in roblox studio, just use the up arrow that moves your avatar up, then do the pose mode thingy, and if you did what i told you, your character wouldn't be far from the box . (Btw, make sure you check "spawn at origin" when you're loading the avatar
