Nick here is a suggestion. Try to include different scenes or video footage in your video rather than having the same video on both your channels. That way people won't feel if they watch one, they don't need to watch the other because it is mostly the same video. She is already eating healthy; sweet potatoes are super healthy for the body and reproductive system, plus baby if she is breast feeding, etc, pumpkin also has lots of benefits for mother and baby, the dumplings has cornmeal in it already, and the chicken has protein, plus it’s sauce. All of this has fiber and helps to create healthy bowel movements etc… we need to be careful with cornmeal nowadays because it is not the same as before, corn is heavily sprayed and processed. I bought some Grace cornmeal and it’s not the same as back in the day, we had to throw it out. I now purchase another brand. If anything, she needs more of, it’s soup

These cornmeal what sell now is refined meaning more smooth, it contains less fiber. Back in the days cornmeal was more course which contains more fiber, and the fiber is more better because it's help with constipation and builds the body
