Omg, I'm just speechless....the animator IS the actor, really. The animator decides when he moves his arms out of rage, when the strap of his shirt should fall down. Like this is how the animator would act if he were this character (if it were a live-action film). All animators are great actors, and I bet they didn't even have to go to acting schoool =)

Milo was supervised & animated by John Pomeroy; Glen Keane went to work on Treasure Planet after completing his work on Tarzan! :D

John's stuff is so beautiful to watch. Even though Atlantis flopped, he and the rest of the animators did some beaaaautiful stuff in here. It's a shame that KZbin's broadcasting throws the lipsync off.

i would much rater watch disney cartoons if they all looked like this. as an aspiring animator it amazes me to see a pencil line have SO MUCH life behind it that you totally buy into it just BEING alive. i could practice for several lifetimes and never be that good.
