Vanilla Custard powder 3 tabsp
Full fat Milk 1.5 litre
1/4 cup Sugar
Almond/pistachio chopped 2-3 tabsp
Chum chum / gulab jamun/ barfi 1 cupMixed fruit cocktail 1 large canGreen jelly 1 packetRed jelly 1 packetColoured vermicelli (seviyan) 1 cup Kewra water 1 tabsp optional
For additional flavour( optional)
Evaporated milk 1 can
1/4 cup Cream( add when custard cools down)

4 tabsp Fried onion
1 tsp heaped All spice powder
1 tbsp Raw papaya(squeezed-no water)
1 tbsp Yogurt/cream
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste(no water)
2 tsp Chili powder
1 tabsp Shaan seekh kabab masala
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder optional
1/4 tsp Nutmeg & mace powder
1 tbsp grounded roasted peanuts
2 tbsp roasted besan( gram flour)
1 tbsp corn flour
2 green chillies
1 cup cilantro leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes

I'm so glad that women like you vlog and show how dawaths are done and dishes are made, because the younger generation girls, don't know this when they get married and move out of their parents. I am younger generation and I was taught how to cook by my parents--Ive been cooking since I was 12. My dawats have blown away my MIL/extended ILS family now that she always forces me now to 'order' catered food because my nanad can't cook and she's older than me by few years.
