I heavily think it's the conductor, his story doesn't add up to me at all and he's the only one to be heavily stammering and stuttering throughout the whole interrogation. Plus he was confirmed by others that he was infact moving a cart but nobody really saw what exactly was on it, it was probably Creme Brulè's music sheet so he can make Creme Brulè look like the murderer. AND! Detective Cheddar Cheese Cookie and Macaroni Cookie and Linzer Cookie have yet to comment on the fact that Old Jolly's suite was unusually warmer than the other suites, (just wanted to point that part out) EDIT: I WAS FUCKING RIGHT LET'S GOOOOOOOO
