Hi Francine, please check my description box for all the link of the tools that use in the video which include the fine tip edible pen, I used Rainbow dust double ended pen, one side is a fine tip pen for outlining the picture and the other side is thicker marker pen that i used to write the quotes in the book cookie 😊👍💖

Hi! Your tutorials are amazing! I've been decorating a few years now, but only now heard of using the dehydrator to dry icing. Does this work just as well as air drying? Does it change the cookie texture at all? Making the cookie harder? Thank you for the videos!

Hi Vanessa, in the cookie community a dehydrator is a well known tool to help cookie decorator saves time in waiting around for the icing layer to dry. I always use my dehydrator as air-drying requires hours of waiting and a dehydrator will dry the icing a lot faster. For me anything that saves time is a worthwhile investment. The dehydrator doesn't dry out my cookies or affect the quality/texture at all. What it does is drying the top layer of my icing and reduces the waiting time in between layers. However, the key is to not leave it there for a long period of time. My usual time is usually 20-30 mins at the lowest setting (mine is 35 degrees). If you leave it there for hours (or for too long) then yeah it will probably dry out your cookies, but while the icing is still wet it protects the cookie (acts like a layer of protection) and the dehydrator will only dry out the top layer of icing, not your cookie itself. I never had any complain so far about my cookies being dry so i hope that helps clarify things for you. NOTE: If you are looking to get a dehydrator, I would highly recommend to get the one with the fan either at the top or at the back (not at the bottom) as we don't want the fan drying out your cookies from the bottom instead of drying the icing on the top of the cookie. Hi Mona, mine is The Food Lab Sunbeam dehydrator which i love 🥰 If you are looking to get a dehydrator, I would highly recommend to get the one with the fan either at the top or at the back (not at the bottom) as we don't want the fan drying out your cookies from the bottom instead of drying the icing on the top of the cookie. Hope that helps 😉👍💖

Hi Kimberly, for the saying I made them in Photoshop because I want to use a specific font to fit into such a small space on one side of the book. For the pictures I just do a google search for Winnie the pooh and I choose a few pictures to project into my projector, hope that helps 😉💞👍
