As a level 10 gymnast, it's not too hard if you can get out of your comfort zone. I took 2 days to learn it from trampoline to now the track at cheer. Just relax and do what makes the backflip better even if it scares you!

I work at a trampoline park, and the amount of children I've helped to do a backflip on the trampoline from scratch in 10 minutes is insane. Once you have a set of steps/exercises to make someone gradually grow in comfort/skill, it's a piece of cake for most people.
